The terms on types of acne has been confusing. Some websites define types of acne as the severity of an acne, examples include whiteheads, blackheads, pimples to cystic acne. Severe acne consist of nodular acne and cystic acne. Both of this acne are extremely serious and require immediately attention. The first tip for any severe acne sufferer is to NEVER try to squeeze it. Squeezing severe acne can easily cause lifetime scarring.
